These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tickr (the "Service"), available at tickr.markets, operated by the Tickr team ("we", "us"). By subscribing to, accessing, or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not subscribe to or use the Service.
Tickr is a subscription-based market-data and market-information platform. It provides news feeds, market themes, currency strength, dark-pool data, economic calendars, research tools and related features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and is currently offered as an early-access (BETA) product that is updated frequently.
All content, data and tools provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Tickr constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently verified.
Subscriptions are sold and processed through our third-party payment and membership provider, Whop. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Whop's own terms and your payment is handled under their platform. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until cancelled, at the price and interval shown at checkout. You authorise us and Whop to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, full or partial, for any subscription payment — including the initial payment, renewals, unused time, or partial billing periods.
Because Tickr is a digital service that grants immediate access to data and tools the moment your subscription begins, payments are non-refundable. This applies regardless of how much of the Service you use. Specifically:
Express acknowledgement (EU/EEA/UK consumers): where you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital content, you expressly request that the Service begin immediately upon purchase and you acknowledge that, by obtaining immediate access, you lose your right of withdrawal for that subscription period. This does not affect any rights that cannot be waived under mandatory applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. Cancelling does not trigger a refund of any payment already made.
By agreeing to these Terms you accept this No-Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access and account.
Your account and access credentials are personal to you and may not be shared, resold or used by more than one person. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the Service, without refund.
As a BETA product, features may change, be added or be removed at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
